WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE THAT FISHING IS ONCE AGAIN ALLOWED AT THE HAVEN HOTEL!! FROM 01 DECEMBER 2015. WE LOOK FORWARD TO HAVING EVERYONE BACK HERE WITH US..
Whales continue to provide spectacular viewing.
It is mid November and there are still plenty of whales to be seen breaching and blowing. We expect that they will begin their migration south in the next few weeks.
Roads deteriorate with heavy rains.
Recent heavy rains have resulted in an increase in potholes and ruts across the roads. The road is still in reasonable condition, but your drive will take a little longer. We are currently trying to motivate to have the roads graded for the December holidays. The upside is that the reserve is green and lush..
