3. Rates are per person per night and include:
    –3 meals per day
    –Use of all activities: swimming pool, tennis courts, canoes, DSTV lounge and pool table

4. Rates are subject to change without prior notification.

5. A 40% single supplement will be charged during "in-season" periods 2009 / 2010

6. Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days prior to arrival date. A 10% administration fee will be deducted from all deposit refunds. Credits or refunds will not be given in the case of early departures.
